How do organisations start with Geode?
Organisations can contract with Geode directly. Eligible government buyers can also use our Queensland and NSW panels. Start with the contact form: describe the decision, program or product in front of you, and the Geode team will suggest a practical first step.
Which panels is Geode on?
Queensland ICT Services (Pre-Qualified Suppliers Panel) ICTSS.13.03B
Geode is on both ICTSS.13.03B and ICTSS.2601 for eligible Queensland Government buyers. ICTSS.2601 replaces ICTSS.13.03B.
Queensland Professional Services Preferred Supplier Panel (GGS0111-24)

NSW Prequalification Scheme: ICT Services (SCM0020)
ICT Services prequalification scheme for eligible NSW Government buyers.
Are these panels national?
No. The Queensland panels are for eligible Queensland Government buyers; the NSW scheme is for eligible NSW Government buyers. Panel access depends on the relevant jurisdiction and buying route. Direct engagement is available more broadly, including for enterprise organisations.
What does Geode do?
Independent advice, delivery support, and product development and management. Work can start with a diagnostic, a focused sprint, or embedded or managed support. Scope and duration are agreed around the decision, deliverable or support your organisation needs.
What sits outside a consulting engagement?
Geode’s originated products — kyuHQ, kyuflow and GeodeCore — are distinct from consulting engagements. A consulting enquiry starts a conversation about your organisation’s needs; the work and deliverables are agreed for that engagement. Panel membership applies to the published buying routes, rather than every buyer or type of work.

Geode is headquartered in Brisbane and works nationally across Australia and internationally, including New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Our markets extend beyond the jurisdictions covered by our government panels.
